Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Green3 Design! By signing up as a client you agree to be legally bound to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as Green3 Design reserves the right to update the terms of use at any time without notice to you. Your use the Green3 Design web site implies the complete acceptance of the terms of use. Green3 Design agrees to yield all rights associated with ownership and usage of the custom materials developed upon receiving approval of the final artwork.

Description of Services
Green3 Design offers website design, development, graphic design and search engine optimization services, working with an easy, clear and fast process providing you with great web products at really good prices in a reasonable amount of time.

Ownership/Copyrights & Trademarks
Final artwork of any project becomes the property of the client, having unlimited, indefinite, and free use of that artwork upon approval of the final version. Green3 Design retains the right to display the artwork in our company portfolio or advertising material. Any preliminary work which is not selected by the client, or is not sent along with the final package, remains full property of Green3 Design.

Limitations of Use
You may use the website designed by Green 3Design for personal or commercial use. You may modify, or have a third party perform the modifications of your website after purchase to meet your specific requirements but in doing so Green3 Design takes no responsibility for ANY damage to the website or any of it's components. You may use a purchased website design without any restrictions as required for your commercial or personal use.

Product Delivery Green3 Design follows the following steps:

1. Order placement
2. Provide info through phone conference or our questionnaire to know what you expect
3. Send us the information and images you want for your website
4. You will get your draft in JPG, 48 hours approximately after your payment verification
5. Revision of your product
6. Requested changes will be made
7. Final delivery: your product will be uploaded to your own hosting

Additional Work
Should the client require additional services beyond the package outline, the client will be provided with a price list for such changes. Additional work will begin after payment has been processed.

Trade Marks and Service Marks
Green3 Design expects the client has done a thorough research on their company name to be sure the name is not already in use and securing a trademark, etc. to protect the clients’ legal rights to any name or image. Green3 Design will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.
